This is a presolicitation notice for a project to replace a roller curtain door on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47). The performance period is from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The competitive solicitation will be restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. To be eligible, offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan and demonstrate this authorization at the time of proposal submission.
