This is a synopsis notice, not a solicitation, for preservation work on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) deck in uptake space 5-89-2-Q. The performance period is from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and work will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan. Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan are eligible to compete. Contractors outside Japan must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 and agree to execute a master agreement in Japan before award. No budget amounts are specified.
