Performance is required from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2027, at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The competitive solicitation will be restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan and demonstrate this authorization at the time of proposal submission.
