The U.S. Navy requires replacement of a viewing port and waste drain piping in Mooring Station No.2 aboard USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47). Performance of services will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The procurement is restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Offerors must demonstrate authorization to perform work in Japan at the time of proposal submission.
