This is a synopsis notice, not a solicitation, for work on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) bilge area. The place of performance is Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan. The period of performance is from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Only contractors holding an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in Japan, or those willing to execute one before award, are eligible. Contractors outside Japan must demonstrate authorization to perform work in Japan and comply with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be considered.
