This is a synopsis notice, not a solicitation, for ship repair work on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) in Sasebo, Japan. The scope includes repairing an accessible void and an uptake space, with a performance period from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Only contractors holding an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in Japan, or those willing to execute one before award, are eligible. Contractors outside Japan must demonstrate authorization to perform work in Japan and comply with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be considered.
