This is a synopsis notice for work on USS CHIEF (MCM-14) involving the replacement of the No.2 SSDG resilient mount. The performance period is from August 4, 2026, to October 31, 2026, and the work will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Only current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan are eligible to compete. Contractors outside Japan must unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be considered. No budget amount is specified in this notice.
