Specifications and technical requirements will be available through Beta.SAM.Gov and included in the solicitation. This requirement is being issued as solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation will be issued as request for quotation (RFQ) under document number N0040620R0021. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the solicitation. The proposed solicitation will be 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333415 and has a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government requires FOB Destination pricing to Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), Yokosuka, Japan. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing no later than 1800 pacific time five (5) days prior to the closing date.
