The planned work is construction on an active airfield to add eleven new fuel hydrant outlets and associated 14-inch stainless steel hydrant loop piping to the south side of the Center Ramp, tying into existing hydrant piping north of Taxilane C and abandoning existing return piping in place. The scope includes fuel piping, grounding, new Emergency Fuel Shutoff stations, cathodic protection systems, concrete pavement demolition and repair, excavation, archaeological monitoring, and contaminated soil management. The anticipated construction magnitude is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The Government will evaluate responses based on small business program representation, experience, and bonding capacity, and interested sources should submit the two attached questionnaires limited to ten single-sided pages; a pre-solicitation announcement may be published later if the procurement proceeds.
