Add Fuel Hydrant at Pumphouse 3 and 4, US NAVSUPPACT Andersen AFB, Guam
This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only, not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from it. The project involves constructing eleven new fuel hydrant outlets with associated stainless steel hydrant loop piping on the south side of the Center Ramp at an active airfield, including tie-ins to existing piping, fueling pits, grounding, emergency shutdown stations, cathodic protection, pavement repair, and environmental mitigation. The estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. Interested sources are invited to submit capability and experience questionnaires for evaluation. The government will assess responses based on small business representation, experience, and bonding capacity, and may later publish a pre-solicitation announcement if it proceeds.
