This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. The intent of this synopsis is to identify potential sources that are capable of performing construction of a multi-story bachelor enlisted quarters (BEQ) building including room configurations, laundry facilities, lounges, administrative offices, multipurpose recreation rooms, housekeeping areas and public restrooms. The facility will be constructed with pile foundations, concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, concrete floor and roof structure, and build-up roofing. The cost is estimated to be between $100 million and $250 million. NAVFAC Pacific will use the responses to this Sources Sought synopsis to make the appropriate acquisition decision for the planned procurement. This is not an announcement of the availability of a solicitation nor is it a means of generating a plan-holders list. After review of the responses to this synopsis, a pre-solicitation announcement will be published in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) if the Government intends to proceed with the procurement of these services. The Government will evaluate responses based upon experience and bonding capacity. Offerors shall complete and submit the attached form Questionnaire (Attachment 1) and the Experience Questionnaire (Attachment 2). Offerors having the capability to perform this work are invited to submit its qualifications, limited to 10 pages (8 ½� x 11�, duplex), by 2:00 PM on May 09, 2019.
