Use the revised Questionnaire when responding to this Sources Sought Notice. ------------------------------------------ This is a Sources Sought synopsis to perform market research. The intent of this synopsis is to identify potential sources that are capable of performing construction of parking apron and taxiways and improve airfield infrastructure in order to support short-term deployment of a small contingent of aircraft at the Yap International Airport. Facilities will also include replacing portions of the asphalt runway, lighting, pavement markings, signage, shoulders, storm water control, utility connections, vehicle access and circulation, airport fence extension, and all necessary supporting facilities. The estimated cost is between $100 million and $250 million. Submissions shall include the attached Questionnaire and the Attachments, limited to 20 pages single-sided (10 pages duplex), 8.5” x 11” (210 x 297 mm), and 10-point font or larger. NAVFAC Pacific will use the responses to this Sources Sought synopsis to make the appropriate acquisition decision for the planned procurement. This is not an announcement of the availability of a solicitation nor is it a means of generating a plan-holders list. The Government will publish a pre-solicitation notice in Contracting Opportunities on the SAM.gov website if it intends to proceed with the procurement of these services. Submit qualifications using the attached forms by electronic mail to adele.m.murakami.civ@us.navy.mil no later than February 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM HST. Complete information must be submitted as the Government will not contact the concern for clarification of information. This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for the requested information. The Government will not provide a debriefing on the results of this survey. All information will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purposes intended.
