NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify manufacturers capable of producing taxiway centerline lights equivalent to the ADB Safegate Reliance 2, with only direct manufacturers of qualified equivalent products considered responsive. The required lights are for the FY26 Multi-Purpose Apron and Taxiway project at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal (TDL), Australia, and must meet photometric requirements under Part 139 MOS, ICAO Annex 14, and DASDRM Section 6. They must exactly match the photometric performance of the existing LED taxiway centerline lights on parallel Taxiway Alpha and be compatible/interchangeable with existing components and the ADBSG Reliance 8-inch light base. Mechanical performance must comply with FAA Advisory Circular No. 150/5345-46, and compatibility with the existing aerodrome lighting system is required for interchangeability and maintenance under HIE-A. This is not a request for proposals or bids; interested parties should submit detailed technical data for Government evaluation, and incomplete or vague submittals may be disregarded.
