The relay must provide real-time automation, communications gateway, programmable logic, data collection and monitoring, and cybersecurity integration. This project is for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
