The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a transformer protection relay with performance equal to the SEL-351S-7, for the Fiscal Year 2027 SIOP PROJECT P-8026 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The relay must provide feeder protection, breaker control and protection, feeder monitoring, reporting capabilities, and panel control switches. This is not a request for proposals, but a notice to determine if other manufacturers can meet the requirements.
