Natural Resource Technical Services Throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific Area of Responsibility
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific, intends to award multiple Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for natural resource technical services, with work primarily performed in Hawaii, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and potentially worldwide. The contract has a maximum value of $70 million over a total term of 90 months, consisting of a 12-month base period, six 12-month option periods, and one 6-month extension. Task orders will typically range from $3,500 to $10,000,000, with a minimum guarantee of $5,000 per awardee. The procurement includes an Unrestricted Division for Government of Japan-funded projects and a Small Business Set-Aside Division for U.S.-funded projects, with the SBSA Division estimated at $67 million and the Unrestricted Division at $2.5 million. Services include surveys, restoration, planning, and mapping, with award based on best value considering experience, sample project, safety, small business utilization, and past performance.
