NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify manufacturers capable of producing movement area guidance signs (MAGS) equivalent to the ADB Safegate Reliance model for an FY26 project at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal, Australia. Third-party distributors, pass-through resellers, or supply brokers that do not directly own the production line or manufacturing rights to a qualified equivalent product will not be considered responsive. Required MAGS characteristics include DASDRM Section 6 dimensions and inscription, series-circuit operation with taxiway lights (typically 2.8A–6.6A), ICAO Annex 14 colors, uniform luminance, readily available LED modules with short delivery, surge protection, series isolating transformer, frangible mounting, and Part 139 MOS wind/height compliance. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or invitation for bid; the intent is to identify potential alternative MAGS and evaluate detailed technical data for compatibility with the existing system, and company brochures should not be submitted.
