NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify manufacturers capable of producing floodlight luminaires equivalent in performance and listing/approval requirements to EWO’s Model R3 - GEN 5 - AP10 – L/R - FCO 600mA. Only parties that directly own the production line or manufacturing rights for a qualified equivalent product will be considered; third-party distributors, pass-through resellers, and supply brokers are not responsive. The FY26 Multi-Purpose Apron and Taxiway project at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal (TDL), Australia, requires floodlights compatible and interchangeable with existing Air Movements Apron aerodrome luminaires and able to match or exceed their photometric performance while maintaining weight, sail area, electrical supply arrangement, and photometric uniformity. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or invitation for bid; it seeks detailed technical data so the Government can evaluate potential alternatives. Submittals must be complete, must not be vague or include company brochures, and will become U.S. Government property.
