NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify manufacturers capable of producing apron floodlight poles that match the performance and listing/approval requirements of the Ingal EPS Floodlight Pole (Part Number PTH35F); third-party distributors, pass-through resellers, and supply brokers without direct production line or manufacturing rights will not be considered responsive. The poles are required for the FY26 Project WWXT240800 Multi-Purpose Apron and Taxiway at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal (TDL), Australia. The product must allow prolonged lowering from the base of the pole using the readily available lowering equipment at RAAF Base Tindal that is used for the Ingal EPS pole. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or an invitation for bid; the purpose is to identify potential alternative poles and obtain detailed technical data for compatibility evaluation.
