NAVFAC Pacific is conducting market research to identify potential manufacturers of apron edge lights equivalent to the ADB Safegate Reliance 8-inch (P/N RSAM301P3NYNM101) for the FY26 Multi-Purpose Apron and Taxiway project at RAAF Base Tindal, Australia. Required lights must meet photometric requirements of Part 139 MOS, ICAO Annex 14, DASDRM Section 6, and FAA Advisory Circular 150/5345-46, and must exactly match existing LED taxiway centerline lights on the Aerodrome. They must also be compatible with existing ADB Safegate Reliance 8-inch bases to support interchangeability and maintenance. Only manufacturers that directly own the production line or manufacturing rights to a qualified equivalent product will be considered responsive; third-party distributors, pass-through resellers, and supply brokers are excluded. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids, but a market survey seeking detailed technical data to identify potential alternatives, with no binding contract formed by a response.
