Modification 02: to the synopsis issued on 04/14/2025 is issued as follows: 1. To include Contractors' questions and Government responses (#8 - #12). The questions and responses are provided for information purposes only. 2. The synopsis has also been modified (indicated in red): Page 11 of 13: under Criterion 9, “Selection Criterion (8) Submission Requirements” is revised to “Selection Criterion (9) Submission Requirements” Page 12 of 13: 3rd paragraph is revised to delete “facsimile number” Page 12 of 13: 4th paragraph is revised to “submit one (1) Original and three (3) paper copies and one (1) CD” Please refer to the attachments for full description of the requirement, selection criterions and submission instructions
