Construction (design-bid-build) of two four (4) ML (25,000 BBL ea) Cut’N’Cover bulk fuel tanks; support infrastructure that includes two pump houses, a liquid fuel truck fill stand, fuel stand unloading, and filter building; and all utilities, automatic tank gauging systems, site improvements, pavements, communications infrastructure, backup generator and other work necessary to provide a complete and usable facility at Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Tindal, Northern Territory, Australia. Additionally, there are (3) pre-priced options to construct: (1) concrete vs. asphalt pavements for heavy duty pavements, (2) cross over pit for fuel transfer lines, and (3) hydrant-hose checkout station, all in accordance with drawings and specifications.
