This is a Request for Information (RFI) announcement only. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a six month bridge contract for Base Operations Support (BOS) services for Joint Region Marianas (JRM), Guam. The anticipated award date is on or before 27 February 2020. Full Performance (4.5 months) is from 1 March 2020 - 14 July 2020, and Demobilization (1.5 months) is from 15 July 2020 - 31 August 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210. The applicable size standard is $41.5 million. The proposed BOS contract will include the following requirements/Annexes: 0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management and Administration, 0600000 Port Operations, 0700000 Ordnance, 1000000 Material Management, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), 1501000 Facility Management, 1502000 Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), 1502A000 SRM AAFB, 1602000 Electrical, 1605000 Wastewater, 1606000 Steam, Hot Water and Demineralized Water, 1607000 Potable Water, 1700000 Transportation, 170000A Transportation AAFB and 1800000 Environmental Services. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this RFI. However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes.
