Please refer to the attachments for a full description of the requirement, selection criterions, and submission instruction. 10/14/2020: The purpose of this revision is to attach a consolidated list of questions received by firms and the Government's responses to those questions. No other changes have been made to this notice. 11/09/2020: The purpose of this revision is to extend the response due date from Tuesday, 11/03/2020 at 2:00pm HST to Monday, 11/16/2020 at 2:00pm HST. In addition, the Synopsis attachment is also revised to reflect this new resposne due date. No other changes have been made to this notice. The original Synopsis attachment that was posted on 09/29/2020 at 10:13am HST reflected a response due date of 11/16/2020 when it should have reflected 11/03/2020 instead. The Synopsis attachment was corrected on 09/29/2020 at 10:54am HST. However, due to confusion surrounding the different versions of the Synopsis attachment, an extension of the response due date to 11/16/2020 was determine appropriate.
