This is a modification to the synopsis issued on March 14, 2019. Procurement will include a pre-priced option to perform full clearance ahead of construction for Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) / Material Potentially Presenting an Explosive Hazard (MPPEH) for areas with high (red) probability of encountering MEC/MPPEH, complete and in accordance with Section 01 57 19.03. The option may be exercised within 150 calendar days from the date of contract award if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. ALL OTHER INFORMATION IN PREVIOUS SYNOPSIS REMAINS UNCHANGED
