Contractor’s questions and Government responses are provided in the attached file for information purposes. 2. Revise Criterion 1, Firms Specialized Experience. Add the following paragraph to Submission requirements: Completed in the past ten (10) years refers to final construction completion. Relevant project with final design completion in the past ten (10) years and under construction (construction ongoing; not final construction completion) can be submitted; however, may be considered less favorably. 3. Revise Criterion 7, Commitment to Small Business, The NAVFAC Subcontracting targets for FY19 and beyond to: Small Business – 45% Small Disadvantaged Business – 5% HUBZone Small Business – 3% Women-Owned Small Business – 15% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business – 5% 4. All other information in the Synopsis dated 25 February 2019 remains unchanged.
