This amendment revises notice of intent to use Schlage Model AD-250 locks. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide standalone electronic locks that have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as a Schlage model AD-250 for military construction project P-911, Bacehlors Enlisted Quarters, Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The requirements for the standalone electronic locks are: a. Lithium battery powered, magnetic stripe keyboard complies with ANSI/BHMA A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 1, cylindrical locks, tamper resistant, UL listed with 1 inch throw deadbolt, ¾ inch throw latch bolt, auxiliary dad-locking latch, and 2-3/4 inchbasket. b. Record up to 140 entries into each room. c. Lockset is accessed utilizing magnetic strip card reader. d. Lockset is a stand-alone system. e. The lockset is compatible with the existing SMS Enterprise version 5.3.8 software platform that manages the database and programs the Schlage AD-250 locksets at MCB Hawaii. The lockset is also compatible with the Schlage Utility Software (SUS) and Hand Held Device (HHD) which is used at MCB Hawaii to transfer access control data from the SMS, such as authorized user lists, via the USB interface from the HHD to the locks. The SUS and HHD initializes, configures and tests product operation, and also provides the means to manage people, audits, locks and other network panel interface devices for access control. The SUS is also utilized to download audit trail information from offline devices to the HHD and then transfer that data to the SMS access control management software. SUS Features include: · Initialize lock and accessories. · Field configure devices for credential reader formats, lock function, unlock period, failure mode, and audible alarm on/off · Offline devices can manage up to 100 unique door files and retrieve audit trails from up to 100 devices. · Service and diagnostics features include monitoring battery status, validating hardware and software revision, troubleshooting status signals, and firmware upgrades. This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposals, quotes or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources for this product. To be considered, please submit detailed technical data in order for the Government to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your product to ensure compatibility with the existing system. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The responder is solely responsible for the information it submits and any associated costs. The Government reserves the right to disregard any submittal that is incomplete or that is vague.
