This is an IDIQ Multiple Award Contract to provide enterprise-wide construction management support to NAVFAC, supporting projects valued from $10M to $10B. The contract period includes a 12-month base, four 12-month options, and a 6-month extension, totaling up to 66 months. Services will be performed for NAVFAC Enterprise commands, including Atlantic and Pacific regions. Offerors must demonstrate a minimum of $200 million in annual work-in-place as a prime contractor within the last seven years.
