NATURAL RESOURCE TECHNICAL SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVFAC) PACIFIC AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific, intends to award multiple Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for natural resource technical services, primarily in Hawaii, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, with potential worldwide work. The contract has a maximum value of $70 million over a total term of 90 months, including a 12-month base period, six 12-month option periods, and one 6-month extension. Task orders will typically range from $3,500 to $10 million, with a minimum guarantee of $5,000 per awardee. The procurement includes an Unrestricted Division for Government of Japan-funded projects and a Small Business Set-Aside Division for U.S.-funded projects, with an estimated workload of $2.5 million and $67 million, respectively. Services include avian, bat, insect, and botanical surveys, wetland delineation, invasive species management, and environmental planning.
