The Government is conducting market research through this Sources Sought to assess qualified business concerns—including Small Businesses, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, and SBA 8(a) participants—for a turnkey commercial supply and installation contract at Naval Base Guam. The work requires furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to deliver, offload, and assemble four pre-wired, insulated modular office units inside an active, unconditioned warehouse facility at Naval Base Guam. Interested firms may submit capabilities statements of up to five pages demonstrating ability to meet the Draft Performance Work Statement, including company information, socioeconomic status under NAICS 332311, contract vehicles, technical capability, logistics/delivery plan to Guam, and up to three past-performance examples from the past five years for similar modular-building projects in active warehouse facilities.
