The requirement is for a bus rental in support of USS Preble’s port visit to Guam, restricted to contractors holding active BPAs N6824624A0008, N6824624A0009, N6824624A0010, or N6824624A0011 and set aside 100% for total small business. Four 53-passenger buses are required for a total of 196 hours, transporting personnel for on-base liberty along the route Pier ECP > NEX > Beach Bar > Dusit Thani > NEX > Pier ECP.
