NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for Voyage Repair Availability for USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) to shipyard firms in the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility. The availability is tentatively scheduled for December 2026 and will be performed at a contractor shipyard in the Philippines. Eligible offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Firms without prior government solicitation participation or contract awards should provide a capability statement, limited to five pages, covering company and shipyard details, major ship repair overhaul capabilities, relevant work and dollar values, workforce and years in business, website, and any U.S. Navy ship repair experience.
