The government seeks metric metal plate and metric H-shape beam for the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center at the U.S. Naval Base, Yokosuka, Japan. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan under DFARS 252.225-7042 are eligible. Prime contractors outside Japan must include documentation, such as proof of incorporation, unambiguously demonstrating compliance with that requirement in their offer. The government may consider only quotes that follow the solicitation instructions; incomplete, ambiguous, or missing required information may not be considered.
