This is a synopsis notice for a future competitive solicitation regarding the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) of USNS CODY (EPF 14). The contractor must provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment for repairs, maintenance, and alterations. The tentative period of performance is February 1, 2027, to April 17, 2027. Performance will take place at a contractor shipyard within the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility. To be eligible for award, offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
