This is a pre-solicitation for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) of USS LEWIS B PULLER (ESB-3), tentatively scheduled for mid-calendar year 2027. The ship repair availability will be performed at a contractor shipyard within the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR). To be eligible, firms must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Firms that have not previously contracted with FLCY Site Singapore must submit a capability statement as described. No budget amount is specified.
