The U.S. Navy intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Regular Overhaul (ROH) of the USNS CARL BRASHEAR (T-AKE 7), tentatively scheduled for calendar year 2027. Performance of this ship repair availability must occur at a contractor shipyard in the Indo-Pacific region. To be eligible for award, firms must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Interested ship repair firms should submit a capability statement of five pages or less, highlighting relevant overhaul experience, contract types, and dollar values.
