The U.S. Navy intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) of USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52), requiring the contractor to provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment for repairs and alterations. Performance is tentatively scheduled from 21 April 2027 to 19 June 2027. Work must be performed at a contractor shipyard within the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility.
