The U.S. Government intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) for USNS ALAN SHEPARD (T-AKE 3), tentatively scheduled from 31 May 2026 to 21 June 2026. Performance of the VRA must occur in either Thailand or the Philippines. To be eligible for award, offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Additionally, offerors must possess a current and active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by NAVSUP FLCY.
