This is a Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) contract for the USNS WALLY SCHIRRA (T-AKE 8), requiring all labor, materials, tools, and equipment as specified in the work documents. The performance of services must occur in South Korea, and the solicitation is restricted to sources authorized to operate there.
