This is a pre-solicitation for Planned Maintenance System inspections and minor repairs on two barges, YR-85 and YR-95. The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) in Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan. The anticipated period of performance is from 30 June 2026 through 30 September 2026. The solicitation is intended only for sources authorized to operate in Japan and requires the offeror to possess a current U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for this requirement.
