WBM-1 Propeller and Shaft Seal Replacement
This opportunity covers propeller and shaft seal replacement work for CFAY Port Operations at the Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. The period of performance runs from 18 September 2026 to 18 December 2026. Only firms with an active U.S. MSRA or ABR as a prime contractor are eligible; companies without certification can apply, but the process may take about a year. Access to the work specification package is provided via DoD SAFE upon request, with access limited to 14 days once issued. Offerors with an existing MSRA or ABR will receive a firm fixed price job order under their current agreement.
