This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to repair and perform continuous maintenance on the USS SHOUP (DDG-86) at Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan. The work includes cleaning, assessing, repairing, and preserving potable water tanks, lubricating oil sump tanks, and various other structural and mechanical components. The anticipated Period of Performance is from December 7, 2026, to May 18, 2027. Only sources authorized to operate in Japan and holding a current USN Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair are eligible to compete. No socio-economic set-asides will be used for this acquisition.
