A new repair and maintenance requirement is being solicited for the USS SHOUP (DDG-86), with work specifications available via DoD SAFE upon email request. The period of performance is from 22 March 2027 through 1 November 2027, with performance at Yokosuka Naval Base. An amendment to the solicitation provides additional information from the requesting activity per an attached RFI. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price job order under the successful offeror’s existing Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR); firms without an active prime MSRA/ABR are ineligible. This opportunity is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
