The U.S. Navy intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for ship repair and maintenance of the USS MUSTIN (DDG 89) in Yokosuka, Japan. The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) in Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan. The anticipated period of performance is from September 8, 2026, to November 10, 2026. No socio-economic set-asides will be used, and offerors must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by the U.S. Navy. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan are eligible to submit proposals.
