This requirement is for ship repair, preservation, and replacement work on the USS HOWARD (DDG-83), consisting of three Task Group Instructions. The period of performance is from May 18, 2026, through June 22, 2026. All work will be performed at the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base in Japan.
