USS RAFAEL PERALTA (DDG-115) FY26 SIA BUNDLE #1
The U.S. Navy requires ship repair, maintenance, and overhaul of the USS Rafael Peralta (DDG-115) during a Surface Incremental Availability, comprising 31 Task Group Instructions focused primarily on tank work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supervision, quality and safety management, and coordination, plus a schedule and staffing plan to sequence work and avoid delays. A Growth CLIN is included to manage anticipated growth work and improve Condition Found Report turnaround. Performance will take place at Yokosuka Naval Base, with a period of performance from 19 Oct 2026 to 15 Dec 2026. Offerors must hold an active U.S. MSRA/ABR as a prime contractor or be otherwise authorized to operate in Japan, and certification may take up to a year to obtain.
