This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price contract to perform ship repair and continuous maintenance on the USS MILIUS (DDG 69). The scope of work includes numerous specific tasks such as replacing piping, installing scaffolding, and providing support services. All work will be performed onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka at the Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. The anticipated period of performance is from May 26, 2026, to August 12, 2026. The solicitation is intended only for sources authorized to operate in Japan and requires the offeror to possess a current U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair.
