This competitive solicitation is restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan, with the RFP distributed directly to eligible holders via email. The work covers multiple tasks on USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47), including replacing water control valves for AC plant condensers, testing and repairing AC and refrigeration systems, and preserving equipment foundations. Performance is scheduled from October 12, 2026 to July 31, 2027, at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan.
