This opportunity is for structural and hydraulic repairs on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47), including work on the stern gate operation room, transom, hydraulic components, rubber gasket, and chain stopper. All performance must take place in SASEBO, Japan, and only firms authorized to operate in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103 (3) are eligible. Contractors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region, or agree to execute one before award; those located outside Japan without unambiguous compliance will be disqualified.
