Provide DEEP CLEANING (See Paragraph 7 DEFINITIONS) of the APL-67 Berthing & Messing Barge located in Yokosuka, Japan. The period of performance (POP) for this contract will be 15 November, 2025 to 15 December 2025; tentative to change pending current Ship move off date. All work and restoration shall be conducted no later than 17 December to support crew move aboard. See the Statement of Work (SOW), attachment (I). This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award. The work shall be completed at SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan facilities at a place to be determined by port operations. Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs, issued by NAVSUP FLCY C200. Firms who do not possess an active U.S MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award. (See Section A in Socilitation document)
