This solicitation is for a major ship repair overhaul (SRA 7C1) on the USS RUSHMORE, tentatively scheduled for performance in calendar year 2027 at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan. The opportunity is strictly limited to existing Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to operate in Japan. Eligible firms must have an active registration in SAM.gov. Companies without a current MSRA/ABR are ineligible for this award but may submit a capability statement to apply for an agreement for future opportunities. This capability statement must be emailed to specified contacts and is due within 15 calendar days after the synopsis issue date.
